Daily Practice: Eco-Mindfulness

Brought to you in part by the Green Drinks community in China, I am delighted to share this Introduction to Eco-Mindfulness session I hosted on February 4 (online):

Eco-mindfulness offers a series of exercises to help you reconnect with nature no matter where you are or what's happening in your life. Cultivating this practice daily is an essential skill for calming eco-anxiety when it arises and building our resilience toolkit when it comes to facing adversity.

Empowering environmental stewardship and cultivating ecological optimism heavily relies on establishing a solid eco-mindfulness practice. It allows us to expand our consciousness and awareness of our role in nature, soothing and strengthening our connection between our internal and external environments.

In this introductory session, we spent 30 minutes learning grounding, sensory exercises to ideally inspire a daily routine of breathwork practice that strengthens our relationship with the natural world, around and within us.
