Happy 4 years of adventure, Beneath the Surface! Help me "shellebrate" and introduce a new girl hero to more readers (ages 10 - 13) this year with the Beneath the Surface 2026 Book Tour -- coming to a nature preserve/library/book store/ tea house near you (hopefully!).
Each free event will feature a short reading from Beneath the Surface and an activity from the "Deep Dive" ocean literacy pack. The activities are most suitable for people ages 10-13 but all are welcome.

To get an idea of what a 2026 Beneath the Surface Book Tour event is like, check out this recording from my very 1st stop in Gainesville, Florida here. You can also watch an example of an online event here from my Earth Day celebration with Roots & Shoots students at the Fernbank Museum in Atlanta, Georgia.

I'd also love to keep you all updated through my Patreon and YouTube pages with virtual postcards from the tour. It's also the best way to find out about newly added book events. Of course, you can always be the first to know what's happening if you check-in here, on my website for the most current tour schedule information.
